Daily Dispatch: Orders for in-stock items placed before 1:00 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same business day from our Sydney warehouse.

Courier Partners: We use reliable freight services like Aramex, Aus Post, CouriersPlease and Fedex to ensure your signage hardware arrives safely.

Trade & Bulk Shipping: Bulk & Heavy Freight: For large-scale signage orders or bulky items like Lightboxes, we offer tailored pallet shipping. Shipping costs for bulk orders are calculated based on the total volume and weight to ensure you get the most competitive trade rates.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Local Pickup: Trade customers are welcome to arrange for warehouse collection. Please contact our team to confirm stock availability before arrival.
Returns & Claims
As a specialized B2B supplier of signage display hardware, our return policy is designed to support professional trade operations.

Damaged in Transit: Signage hardware (like Sign Holders or A-frames) can be sensitive to transit handling. If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a priority replacement to ensure your project stays on schedule.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact Newbright Australia immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs for any errors made on our part.

Change of Mind: For B2B transactions, returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unopened, and resaleable packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to these returns to cover handling and administration costs.

Exclusions: Custom-printed graphics or items that have been assembled/used cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
